Our services extend to long-distance transportation of 150 miles or more, such as providing rides from St. Clair Shores to Ann Arbor. As a family-owned and operated business, we treat our clients like part of our own family. Ensuring your safety and comfort, all our drivers are guaranteed to be smoke, alcohol, and drug-free. Our risk manager conducts random checks three times a week using driver-monitoring systems to ensure compliance with proper protocols and safety measures. Our dedicated team of professionals is trained to handle handicap, stretcher, and elderly transportation with the utmost care. It's important to note that we are not an ambulance service, and for life-threatening emergencies, 911 should be called.

The pricing on the web site is misleading. When I asked them about the cost, they showed they charged me both a base fare (about $37) AND a "minimum fare' of $45. I explained that since my base fare did not reach the minimum, I should have been charged the minimum fare of $45 each way. Instead they added the base fare to the minimum fare to come up with a total of about $75 each way. When I questioned them about this they refused to acknowledge any billing error or offer any resolution. Please be aware you will be charged $45 on top of your base fare. They should call this a mandatory fee instead of a "minimum fare". Just use this company at your own risk.
