Refund Policy: For subscription rides, there are no refunds available for canceled rides. If you cancel a subscription ride, the $40 cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment card, and no refund will be issued. For individual rides, if you cancel your ride at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a refund of your payment card, minus the $40 cancellation fee. If you cancel your ride within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will not be eligible for a refund of your payment card, and the $40 cancellation fee will be deducted. If HINDNEMT cancels your ride for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment card, including the $40 cancellation fee. Please note that by making a payment with your card, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of HINDNEMT's Refund and Reimbursement Policy, including the cancellation fee of $40 and the refund policy for individual rides.
