How to Use the HIND Transportation Patient Portal
Welcome to the HIND Transportation booking portal!
Managing your non-emergency medical rides has never been easier.
Follow this simple guide to set up your account, schedule rides, track your driver,
and manage your billing.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Before you can book a ride, you need to set up you secure profile.
Go to HINDNEMT.com and click on the "Patient Portal" or "Book a Ride" button.
Click on "Sign Up" or "Create Account".
Fill in your personal details (Name, Phone Number, and Email Address).Create a secure password.
Check your email for a verification link, click it, and your account is ready to go
Step 2: Book Your Trips
Whether you need a one-time ride to a doctor's appointment or recurring transport for dialysis, you can schedule it in seconds.
Log into your account and click "Book New Trip" on your dashboard
.Enter Trip Details:
Input your pickup address, destination address, date, and preferred pickup time.
Select Ride Type: Choose the type of vehicle needed (e.g., Ambulatory if you can walk independently, or Wheelchair Accessible if you require a ramp)
.Add Special Instructions: Note if you need door-to-door assistance, have a caregiver traveling with you, or need to bring oxygen equipment.
Review the trip details and click "Confirm Booking." You will receive an immediate confirmation email.
Step 3: Follow Up & Track Trips (Real-Time)No more wondering when your ride will arrive. You can track your driver in real-time on the day of your appointment
.On your dashboard, go to the "Active Trips" or "Upcoming Rides" tab.
Click on your scheduled trip for that day.
Once your driver is in route, a live map will appear showing the driver’s location, estimated arrival time (ETA),
and vehicle information.
You can also view driver notes or contact dispatch directly through this screen if your appointment is running late.
Step 4: Look for Past Trips
Need to pull up receipts for insurance reimbursement or check the date of a previous medical visit? You can view your full ride history.
Log into the portal and navigate to the "Trip History" or "Past Trips" section.
Here, you will see a list of every completed ride, including dates, addresses, and total costs.
Click on any specific trip to view full details, download a PDF receipt, or quickly click "Book Again" to re-schedule the exact same route.
Step 5: Updating Your Payment Method
Keep your billing seamless by securely updating your credit card or insurance details on file.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Payment Methods" or "Billing."
To add a new card, click "Add New Payment Method."
Set your preferred card as the "Primary Payment Method" so future bookings are automatically and smoothly processed.
