A school transportation plan starts with a conversation.
HIND considers monthly school transportation arrangements five times per week. Management approval is required for every case before service can be accepted.
Arrange a case review with HIND
A parent, guardian, or responsible coordinator should contact the team to discuss the proposed passenger, school, pickup and drop-off locations, schedule, and assistance requirements.
The team must confirm guardian authorization, pickup and handoff arrangements, passenger suitability, and any required accompanying adult before accepting service.
Monthly arrangements
Approved subscriptions use one destination and an agreed fixed schedule. Trips are round trips; waiting time is not included. Subscriptions are purchased through staff, not through the standard booking portal.
Ask the team how school holidays, missed days, calendar changes, and monthly trip counts will be handled before purchase.
