How to plan recurring appointment rides.
A regular transportation arrangement works best when the schedule, destination, and passenger’s needs are clear before the first ride.
Start with the destination and schedule
HIND subscriptions use one destination and a fixed agreed schedule. Share your appointment days and times, pickup location, and return requirements.
Confirm what a trip includes
A subscription trip means a round trip with an outbound and return leg. Waiting is not included. Ask HIND to confirm the included mileage, any additional mileage charges, and the monthly visit count.
Review the subscription terms
Unused rides are not refundable and schedule changes are not included. Before purchase, discuss how your plan will apply to appointment changes and months with additional service days.
Arrange the subscription directly
The online portal does not sell subscriptions. Call HIND to discuss doctor visit packages or monthly dialysis transportation. School transportation requires a separate management review.
