Get a quote, request your ride, and follow the confirmation messages for your trip.
1. Get your quote
Use the booking portal to enter your trip details. A quote is free and does not require an account. For a recurring subscription or school transportation, call HIND directly.
2. Book and check your email
A confirmation email is sent once the trip is booked. Read the details carefully and contact HIND if anything is incorrect.
3. Watch for your SMS
When a driver is assigned, an SMS is sent with confirmation instructions. Follow the instructions to confirm or decline the service. If the status is unclear or a message does not arrive, call HIND.
4. Follow day-of-trip updates
Live updates are sent on the day of the trip. Be ready at the agreed pickup location and let HIND know promptly if your appointment or return needs change.
Plan ahead
Please request rides at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability and a $20 surcharge. Saturday trips must be requested ahead of time.
