Going back regularly?
For repeat visits, ask about recurring appointment arrangements rather than scheduling every visit separately.
Allow time for the whole visit
Request your ride at least 24 hours ahead where possible. If a clinic requires the driver to wait, request this in advance. Waiting is charged at $40 per hour and is subject to arrangement.
Contact the team if your appointment runs late so return transportation can be coordinated.
