HIND Transportation LLC: Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to HIND Transportation LLC. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms regarding our service zones, pricing structures, and cancellation policies.
1. Service Zones & Vehicle Availability
To ensure operational efficiency and safety, HIND Transportation operates using a tiered zoning system based on our central dispatch in Detroit, MI.
Zone 1 (Local - Within 20 Miles): We offer both Ambulatory and Wheelchair transportation services.
Zone 2 (Extended - Outside 20 Miles): Pricing increases to account for travel time and "dead miles" (mileage accrued to reach the pickup location). Note: Only Wheelchair-accessible vehicle rates apply in this zone.
Zone 3 (Long Distance): Trips extending beyond our secondary radius are classified as Long Distance. Specialty rates apply. Note: Only Wheelchair-accessible vehicle rates apply for all Long Distance travel.
2. Dynamic Pricing Policy
HIND Transportation utilizes dynamic pricing for all service zones. Final quotes are influenced by:
Time of Day: Peak hours may incur higher rates.
Traffic Conditions: Real-time congestion data in the Greater Detroit area.
Zone Adjustment: Any trip originating or ending outside of Zone 1 is subject to increased mileage and time compensation.
3. Cancellation Policy
We value our drivers' time and our clients' schedules. To maintain our fleet's availability, the following fees apply:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur no penalty.
Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made within the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled pickup will result in a flat $40.00 Cancellation Fee, regardless of the service zone.
4. No-Show Policy
A "No-Show" occurs if the passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the driver's arrival.
In the event of a No-Show, the client will be charged the Minimum Service Charge applicable to their specific zone.
Minimum charges vary by zone and vehicle type; please contact dispatch for the specific minimum rate for your area.
5. Passenger Safety & Conduct
Assistance: Our drivers provide curb-to-curb or door-to-door assistance as specified at the time of booking. Drivers are not permitted to enter private residences beyond the foyer.
Wait Times: For round-trip medical appointments, please notify dispatch 15 minutes before you are ready for your return trip.
